Absolutely, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome is very frequent and I've helped many women to deal with it. PCOS can present various challenges, including hormonal imbalances and difficulties in managing weight. However, a well-balanced and carefully crafted meal plan will contribute significantly to managing symptoms and promoting overall health.

While physical activity is beneficial, it's not a mandatory component of the meal plans. The focus is on making sustainable changes to your eating routine. If you enjoy going to the gym, that's fantastic and can complement your journey, but the meal plans are designed to deliver the best results even if you choose not to engage in regular gym sessions. The key is to make a positive change in your diet, and we can build on that foundation at your own pace.

In the initial stages, we may schedule monthly follow-ups to ensure you're comfortable with the meal plan and check that is working as expected. As you become accustomed to the routine and witness positive changes, follow-ups may become less frequent.

Before the consultation you'll be asked to fill a questionnaire where you'll write what you like and what you don't like to eat. My job is to re-structure your meals, build with you a routine that you'll feel natural with a bit of commitment. That's why communication is very important and at each appointment i'll ask you feedback about everything.
